In order to improve the taste of the food, we have set a temperature limit and do not allow the use of water temperature exceeding 65 degrees Celsius to heat the food. When the following three conditions are met simultaneously, the slow cooker will cause an E5 error,

1. Water temperature above 65 degrees Celsius or above，

2. The target temperature is lower than the actual water temperature，

3. Based on the first two conditions, work for more than 1 minute.

Due to the above reasons, we suggest that you use water with a temperature below 65 degrees Celsius to heat the actual product. Thank you for your cooperation.

1.My device works fine, but there is no countdown of time. Do what?

When the device itself loses the network, then the countdown of time on the smartphone stops, on the device itself the countdown is normal. You can restart the program and it helps restore communication sometimes.

2.Does it make sound when cooking is complete?

Exactly issued, but Toli: When I got the temperature for cooking or when the process has already ended-I do not remember, they downloaded around it from happiness and did not pay attention.

3.In fact, why need WiFi? Can I set the temperature myself, time? And does it turn off after that time?

6.How to connect the Internet? should blink the lamp, and how to do it?

Press the on/off and set buttons for a few seconds. After the sound signal, look at the blue indicator.

7.Why does the timer not show Countdown?

After the set temperature is achieved, you need to start the device, then the report will go.
