Our heat lamp commercial is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel material, with a brushed finish, fully welded for strong durability. It is accessible from three sides.

Detachable Drainboard & Pan

The hot lamp for food comes with a flat perforated drainboard and a 2.6" (65 mm) deep food pan for draining excess oil from fried food, which are detachable for easy and quick cleanup.

Infrared Heating Element

The U-shaped 750W infrared heating element runs through the entire top of the heat food lamp, giving off a more uniform heat distribution, to realize rapid heating and high efficiency.

Thermostable Illuminated Light

A 45W thermostable bulb with warm light is attached to the top, illuminating the food zone so you can see the food clearly while letting the fried foods to exude an attractive color.

Intuitive Control Buttons

The heating elements and display light are controlled by separate switches. The switches are located away from the heating zone, which can effectively prevent accidents caused by excessive temperature.
